I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the onsen and gym, which were both very well-maintained. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with regular shuttles to and from the ski slope. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast, which had a great selection and was one of the best I've had in a hotel.
No negatives from this place.

The hotel's location is great and convenient, with a shuttle bus service and private ski lockers. The bathroom is spacious and comes with a huge tub and heated floors. The breakfast includes both traditional Japanese and western options. The staff is helpful and even provides well-stocked rooms with unexpected amenities such as cutlery and equipments.
The service needs improvement as not many staff members can speak English, which may be inconvenient for international travelers.

This hotel provided us with the luxurious stay we were hoping for. The exclusive amenities truly set it apart from other venues. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, especially the Sauna and Jacuzzi. We also enjoyed spending time in the beautiful Garden area and Spa lounge. The immaculate Hot spring bath and Open-air bath were perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing. The room advantages were truly exclusive and made our stay unforgettable. The Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area had delicious food and drinks, and the private facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the location advantages made it easy for us to get around and explore the area.
Our only concern was that the breakfast options were a bit limited and lacked personalization for a 5-star hotel. However, the quality of food was still good, and the coffee was delicious.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious bathroom with a large tub and heated floors. The breakfast had a great variety and the convenient shuttle service made it easy to get to nearby shops and attractions. the on-site snow equipment rental and storage made it easy to hit the slopes.
The noise from the elevator outside my room detracted from my overall experience. the view from my room was mediocre.

The hotel we stayed at during our ski vacation had a wonderful breakfast buffet with plenty of tasty options. their ski rental shop and shuttle bus to the slopes were extremely convenient. The spacious rooms and friendly staff also made for a great stay.
The pillows were too soft for our liking and the room's Wi-Fi signal was weak and slow. However, the hotel did provide more supportive pillows upon request.
